THE BYRON HURST COLLECTION
Byron Hurst was a lifelong resident of Walpole, MA and was an avid photographer of fire apparatus and trucks of all kinds. Byron's work was all done in the
days of film, and he captured thousands of vehicles in his day. For those that had the pleasure of knowing Byron, you would agree that he was one of the kindest
souls you could ever meet, and his thoughtfulness was unending. I was one of those honored to know Byron. Sadly, he left us in 2015 far too early.
After his passing, his brother Ron presented me with Byron's albums, and it is an honor to be able to share some of his collection of photos here.
Byron was truly one of a kind, and he will always be remembered for his passion for his hobby and good will toward others!
